Deputy FM of Kyrgyzstan receives copies of credentials from ambassador of Thailand

Bishkek, March 14, 2022. /Kabar/. Deputy Foreign Minister of Kyrgyzstan Azizbek Madmarov received copies of Credentials from Chatchawan Sakornsin, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand, the press service of the Kyrgyz Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported.

Madmarov congratulated Sakornsin on taking office as the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Kyrgyz Republic and participating in the ceremony of presenting his credentials. He noted that the Kyrgyz side connects hopes for the further development and intensification of Kyrgyz-Thai relations with his appointment.

The sides discussed topical issues of Kyrgyz-Thai cooperation, and also exchanged views on the prospects for intensifying bilateral cooperation, in particular focusing on the importance of expanding the legal framework between the countries, organizing Kyrgyz-Thai inter-MFA consultations and mutual visits at various levels.

On the eve of the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Kyrgyzstan and Thailand, the sidrs discussed the possibility of organizing joint events dedicated to the celebration of a significant event.

In turn, the Thai ambassador expressed gratitude to the deputy minister and assured that he would make every effort to intensify bilateral relations and achieve tangible results in areas of mutual interest.
