Bishkek, April 26 / Kabar /. Deputy Speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh in the margins of the third global forum EvalPartners "Transforming our world through evaluation: interaction and partnership for a better world", which took place today in Bishkek, held a number of meetings with parliamentarians from Tajikistan, Sri Lanka, Colombia, Cambodia, Uganda and Morocco.
Omurbekova noted the success and productive work of the third global forum and thanked the parliamentarians for their active participation. "Such events are a good platform not only for the exchange of opinions, but also for establishing links," she said.
During the meetings, the sides expressed the need for deepening inter-parliamentary cooperation, including through the parliamentary friendship groups. This, in turn, will affect the effectiveness of the exchange of experience in improving lawmaking.
