Development issues of oldest football club of Kyrgyzstan discussed

Bishkek, Feb. 18, 2022 . / Kabar / . Bishkek Mayor Aibek Dzhunushaliev met with the management of the Football Club Alga-Bishkek municipal institution.

The press service of the capital’s Mayor’s Office reported that the sides discussed the development of the football club, achievements and plans for the future.

Aibek Dzhunushaliev expressed readiness to fully support the club. Also, the mayor instructed to solve the issue of construction of a training base for the team.

Club director Meklis Koshaliev expressed gratitude for the support and presented Mayor Dzhunushaliev with a soccer uniform and a ball with the signatures of players.

FC Alga is the oldest football club in Kyrgyzstan, founded in 1947. In the season of 2021, the team became bronze medalists of the championship of the Kyrgyz Republic, finalists of the Cup of the Kyrgyz Republic.
