The business program of the Forum included about 30 events, during which the most topical and demanded issues of integration processes in the EAEU were discussed.

The key event of the Forum was the panel discussion “Digital Trends in Customs Activities: Theory and Practice”. The moderator was Ruslan Davydov, Member of the Board (Minister) for Customs Cooperation of the Eurasian Economic Commission.

Elnura Mambetjunusheva, Deputy Chairwoman of the State Customs Service, took part in this panel discussion as a speaker from Kyrgyzstan.

“Despite the large-scale introduction of digital technologies, it is important to ensure interaction with customs services on the adjacent side of the customs border. At the same time, the exchange of experience with foreign customs services on best practices continues, in particular on the so-called “smart customs” based on digital cloud technologies,” she emphasized.
