Doctors from Kuwait operate 48 children in Bishkek

Bishkek, May 28, 2024. /Kabar/. A medical team from Kuwait operated 48 children at the National Center for Maternal and Child Health in Bishkek.

28 specialists, including 18 doctors and 10 paramedics arrived in Bishkek from Kuwait on May 10. They consulted 60 children and performed 48 complex surgical operations according to indications.

The children's condition is generally satisfactory and they were discharged home with surgeons' recommendations.

Kuwaiti colleagues, in accordance with the memorandum signed with the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic, periodically come to the National Center for Children of the Kyrgyz Republic.
