Drone of Border Service of Kyrgyzstan crashes during training

Bishkek, Aug. 14, 2024. / Kabar/. The Border Service of the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic commented on the crash of a drone in Issyk-Kul.

Training tests of a new type of tactical mini-drone were conducted today at the testing ground in Balykchy, which crashed to the ground and caught fire while landing at Tamchy airport, thus not reaching a certain point.

No one was hurt when the mini-drone crashed. Work is currently underway to clear the airport territory of damaged parts of the mini-drone.

A group of testers will determine the causes of the crash.
