Cholpon-Ata, May 15, 2021 . / Kabar / .Cholpon-Ata town of Issyk-Kul Oblast is hosting an international tourist fair "Issyk-Kul ITF".
The event was opened by President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov.
Head of the project of the World Ethno Games Confederation Ainura Temirbekova noted the international event is aimed at establishing business relations between tourist organizations, promotion and propaganda of local attractions, tourist products, acquaint citizens with ethno-eco tourism services, etc.
"The main theme of the this year'sexhibition is the promotion and development of Kyrgyzstan as a country of ecological and ethno tourism," she said.
110 companies, including managers and specialists of travel agencies, foreign investors, travel industry market experts, media representatives, as well as representatives of boarding houses, rest houses, hotels, airlines, as well as foreign guests and partners will take part in the exhibition.
Within the framework of the exhibition, yurts have been installed by state administrations of Jalal-Abad, Chui, Talas, Naryn Oblasts and Bishkek city to tell about the tourist opportunities of these regions.
The program of the exhibition consists of three parts, which will be held at three sites:
- ISSYK KUL ITF -2021 exhibition-fair;
- Tourism Forum "Kyrgyzstan is a country of tourism;
- Awarding the best participants in the tourism market of Kyrgyzstan and partners.
IITF 2021 is an annual meeting that brings together international travel companies, tour operators and agencies, representatives of state bodies for tourism development, airlines, hotels, carriers and media sector.
IITF as a specialized international tourism exhibition has been held since 2016.
