E-queue to be introduced in Bishkek's daytime COVID-19 inpatient centers

Bishkek, July 14, 2020. /Kabar/. The State Registration Service (SRS) of Kyrgyzstan provides technical assistance to daytime inpatient centers in Bishkek, SRS Deputy Chairman Tilek Dzheembayev, deputy chairman of the State Registration Service told Tuesday.

Within the framework of assistance, the capital Mayor's Office received the necessary equipment for the organization and ordering the flow of queues in 15 inpatient centers - 40 laptops and 30 thermal printers.

"The electronic queue system developed by Infocom State Enterprise at the SRS and being used for four years in the country's Population Service Centers has been adapted for off-line operation, as not every inpatient center has an Internet connection. The system has two categories of queue - a queue for consultation and a queue for an IV procedure," said Dzheembayev.

Thus, citizens will be given tickets. Medical personnel will be able to call in turn, tickets numbers will be visually available on TV monitors.
