Bishkek, Oct. 8, 2020. /Kabar/. Aziz Surakmatov has returned to the post of the Bishkek mayor, his advisor Gulya Almambetova said.
She specified that Surakmatov has returned and is now in his office.
On Oct. 6, the Bishkek mayor wrote his resignation and left post of his own accord.
According to the press service of the Bishkek Mayor’s Office, First Deputy Mayor Almaz Baketayev was appointed interim mayor of Bishkek.
