Bishkek, Jan.19, 2020./Kabar/. On Jan.19, 2020 at 01:27 p.m. local time, Institute of Seismology of the National Academy of Sciences of Kyrgyzstan recorded an earthquake with a magnitude of 6.5 points.
According to the press service of the Seismology Institute, the earthquake origin was located in China, 187 km southeast of Atbashy regional center, 200 km southeast of Naryn Oblast, 255 km south of Issyk-Kul Oblast, 280 km north-east of Osh Oblast.
"The quake's intensity in settlements of the country made 2.5-3 points," the report says.
