Earthquake registered in Uzbekistan, tremors felt in Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, May 15, 2020. /Kabar/. On May 14, 2020 at 10:16 p.m. Uzbekistan experienced earthquake with magnitude 5 points in the epicenter, the press service of the Institute of Seismology of the Kyrgyz National Academy of Sciences reported.

The earthquake was felt in Kyrgyzstan, namely in the villages of Baimak, Izar, Dostuk, Ak-Korgon - 4 points, in the villages of Ala-Buka, Sary-Talaa - 3 points, in the village of Sumsar - 4 points, in the villages of Terek-Sai, Kyzyl-Tokoi - 3 points, in Kerben town and in the villages of Munduz, Sary-Kashka, Jany Ayil, Ak-Tash - 3 points.

There were no casualties or damage as a result of the earthquake.
