At the same time, there is some revival in trade, the intention to engage in solar power generators. It was also announced that the Kumtor company plans to develop other fields, some growth in the number of livestock in the country, and meat production.
In general, the week was really business and showed the potential for economic growth, if it is dealt with jointly - by private companies and government agencies of the country.
Support women. The Ministry of Economy and Finance of Kyrgyzstan announced this week its intention to submit for public discussion a draft resolution "On approval of the Program for the Support and Development of Women's Entrepreneurship in the Kyrgyz Republic for 2021-2025".
According to the document, women dominate in Kyrgyzstan, in the informal labor market, in certain sectors of service and trade, as well as in self-employment based on microcredit, which automatically cuts off many women from receiving a social package, as well as the corresponding rights to social and pension security, as well as rights for health services.
Over the past two decades, there has been a decline in employment and incomes of the population in Kyrgyzstan, which especially has an adverse effect on women. The share of women in total employment fell from 83% in 1990 to 45.4% in 2015.

Solar power generators. The issue of the construction of alternative energy sources is being resolved in Kyrgyzstan; it is planned to build several solar substations.
Deputy Minister of Energy Taalaibek Ibraev told that the ministry signed a memorandum with a German company on the construction of a solar substation in Tokmok.
“The land issue has been resolved. A technopark with a capacity of 125 MW will be built there. Half will be used by the technopark, the rest to be bought by the state. In addition, solar panels with a capacity of 300 MW will be installed in the Issyk-Kul region on 62 hectares near the village of Toru-Aigyr. The memorandum was signed with the Bishkek Solar company. Funding for two projects has been completed.
In addition, Ibraev said that the Russian company is growing silicon in Orlovka, they are planning to build a solar substation with a capacity of 200 MW.

Rise in price. In June this year, compared with May, prices for fruits and vegetables in Kyrgyzstan as a whole increased by 16.4 percent.
According to data of the National Statistics Committee, vegetables rose in price during this period by 19.5 percent, fruits - by 6.4 percent (due to the increase in prices for fresh fruits - by 7.0 percent). At the same time, the highest rise in price was noted for carrots - 1.6 times, potatoes - 36.3 percent, apricots - 2.2 times and apples - 15.4 percent.
In Bishkek, retail prices for potatoes exceeded the national average (KGS 58.44 per kg). The highest price increase for carrots was recorded in Batken (KGS 77.40 per kg) and Naryn (KGS 75.46 per kg) regions and in Bishkek (KGS 75.09 per kg).

According to data of the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture, the increase in milk production in the republic is due to the increase in the number of cows by 19.7 thousand heads and the average milk yield per cow by 5.6 kg.
