Bishkek, Nov. 20, 2024. /Kabar/. The Ministry of Economy and Commerce of Kyrgyzstan and Institute for Policy Development (IPR) signed a memorandum of cooperation.
The document establishes the intention of the parties to work together on the improvement of the state administration system, development of regions and local self-government, the press service of the Ministry of Economy reported.
First Deputy Minister of Economy and Commerce Choro Seyitov emphasized that cooperation with IPR will be an important step towards the development of regions and improvement of the quality of services provided.
Head of IPR Nadezhda Dobretsova noted that the memorandum opens up new opportunities for dialogue between the state and civil society, contributing to sustainable economic growth.
The sides have already drawn up a plan for 2025, including support of local initiatives, improvement of regional planning and implementation of a large-scale information campaign.
