Bishkek, Aug. 19, 2024. / Kabar/. Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers - Head of the Presidential Administration Akylbek Zhaparov held an extended staff meeting with employees of the Presidential Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Akylbek Zhaparov emphasized the importance of coordinated work of all structural divisions of the presidential administration for the effective implementation of the tasks set for the country. He focused on the key points of the administration's activities, emphasizing the need for strict compliance with the law and high responsibility for the work performed.
"The volume of Kyrgyzstan's GDP, according to the results of January-July 2024, amounted to more than 677 billion soms, and the real GDP growth rate was 8.7%. “Excluding the contribution of Kumtor, the GDP volume grew in real terms by 10.6%, which underlines the significant economic growth in the country and the acceleration of the growth rate, compared to 2023,” said Akylbek Zhaparov, adding that such growth, in the context of global instability and challenges, indicates that the economy has not just adapted – it has reached a new level and demonstrated a real breakthrough.
