Bishkek, Feb. 28, 2023 /Kabar/. Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Edil Baisalov and Secretary General of the International Organization of Turkic Culture (TURKSOY) Sultan Rayev held a meeting at which they discussed issues of cooperation within the organization.
During the meeting, the sides exchanged views on the current activities of TURKSOY and plans for the future.
Sultan Rayev presented a report on the work of the organization in 2022 and spoke about the events planned to be held in 2023 in connection with the 30th anniversary of the creation of the organization.
Particular attention was paid to the preparatory work for organizing and holding various events on the territory of Kyrgyzstan under the auspices of TURKSOY.
Edil Baisalov assured the head of TURKSOY Sultan Rayev of the country's readiness to significantly increase the level of cooperation and partnership in preserving and promoting the achievements of the common Turkic culture in the modern world.
