Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic Edil Baisalov, at the opening of the exhibition dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, called on the international community to stop genocide in the Gaza Strip.
“The world has witnessed the systematic destruction of the population of the Gaza Strip every day over six months. To date, about 13 thousand children, 165 United Nations (UN) employees and 95 journalists have died. Most of them were killed purposefully, this was documented by live broadcasts. We are currently watching live the genocide and famine of 2 million people in the Gaza Strip. However, the world cannot do anything,” he said.
Baisalov especially noted that Kyrgyzstan condemns terrorism in any form.
“In October, we condemned the attack on Israeli civilians, we recognize Israel's rights to self-defense. At the same time, the Jewish government has no right to place itself above international law and the UN. Kyrgyzstan calls on the international community and the main sponsor of Israel to stop the madness and genocide in the Gaza Strip,” concluded the deputy head of the Cabinet.
