Bishkek, Nov.4, 2019. /Kabar/. As part of the implementation of the Digital Kyrgyzstan Concept of the Digital Transformation, and Decree of President of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Declaring 2019 the Year of Development of Regions and Digitalization of the Country”, the Ministry of Education introduces the “Unified Window” system for the following services:
- Issuance of a duplicate certificate of secondary general education / certificate of basic general education;
- Issuance of a certificate confirming the level and content of educational documents issued by foreign educational institutions;
- Issuance of the certificate of salary of teachers;
- Issuance of a certificate confirming the student's education;
- Issuance of a certificate confirming the teacher's place of work.
Piloting of the “Unified Window” will be organized in Batken, Karakol, Naryn towns.
From Feb. 1, 2020, this system should be implemented in all district and city departments of education, the press service of the ministry said.
