Bishkek, Aug.28, 2019. /Kabar/. “Education should be Kyrgyzstan’s main achievement,” Prime Minister Mukhammedkalyi Abylgaziev said during the Government’s session.
The prime minister spoke about the example of China, where the economy grows by 9-11% every year.
“Today, computer technology and communications are in the past. Nowadays, biotechnologies and genetic engineering are developing. We all have to contribute to education,” he said.
Abylgaziev said that the World Bank has conducted a study among 192 countries, where it was found that 64% of countries develop at the expense of education.
“We have to get on that list, because we don't have a lot of natural resources. The most important thing for us should be knowledge,” he stated.
