Cholpon-Ata, Aug. 20, 2021 . / Kabar / . A number of documents were signed following a meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council (EIGC) held on Aug. 19-20 in Cholpon-Ata town, Issyk-Kul Oblast.
Thus, participants of the EIGC meeting signed the following documents:
- The instruction under the question "On the convergence of unilateral non-tariff measures imposed on the export of goods, as well as export customs duties;
- A Decree "On measures of insurance support of mutual and foreign trade of member states of the Eurasian Economic Union";
- A Decision "On the entry into force of the Decision of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission of June 8, 2021 № 63";
- An Instruction "On establishment of the Eurasian (regional) organization for accreditation in the field of conformity assessment";
- A Decision "On ensuring equal conditions for participation in the purchase program of agricultural machinery and equipment in Kazakhstan for producers of the Eurasian Economic Union and third countries";
- An Instruction "On the formation of a high-level working group to develop proposals for the convergence of the positions of member states of the Eurasian Economic Union within the framework of the climate agenda;
- An Instruction "On implementation of the project "Automated Transboundary Trade and Settlement Integrated System (ATTIS)";
- An Order "On the list of exemptions and restrictions in the internal market of the Eurasian Economic Union to be eliminated in 2021 – 2022”;
- An Order "On the crediting and distribution of import customs duties between the budgets of member states of the Eurasian Economic Union in 2020”;
- An Order "On the annual report of the Eurasian Economic Commission on the monitoring of the regulatory impact assessment of draft decisions of the Eurasian Economic Commission in 2020;
- An Order "On the formation of a high-level working group on digital transformation in the Eurasian Economic Union";
- A Decision "On amending paragraph 3 of Decision No. 2 of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council of April 30, 2019";
- An Order "On the action plan ("road map") to implement the Main directions and stages of implementation of a coordinated (coordinated) transport policy of member states of the Eurasian Economic Union for 2021 - 2023";
- An Order "On the action plan ("road map") for the formation of a common market for organic agricultural products within the Eurasian Economic Union";
- A Decision "On the plan of priority measures for the digitalization of freight railway transportation for the development of trade and economic cooperation between the Eurasian Economic Union and its member states, on the one hand, and the People's Republic of China, on the other hand";
- A decision "On Amendments to the Procedure of Official Publication of International Treaties within the Eurasian Economic Union, International Treaties of the Eurasian Economic Union concluded with third states, their integration associations and international organizations, decisions of Eurasian Economic Union bodies”.
