Bishkek, Oct. 6, 2021 . / Kabar / . The Ministry of Investment of Kyrgyzstan with the support of the OSCE Programme Office in Bishkek conducted from Sept. 27 to Oct. 4 familiarization with the enterprises of Issyk-Kul Oblast and for further preparation of investment passports.
A representative of the ministry together with a consultant visited 14 leading enterprises of the oblast, such as Dordoi-Balykchi meat processing plant, Ala-Balyk trout farm, Toshtuk-Karakol and Reina-Kench slaughterhouses, Aiko-Seiko clothing enterprise, Kaiyrma-Aryk ski resort, a fish farm in Lipenka village and others.
Start-up projects need to attract investment to fully implement the project. Existing enterprises need to attract investment to reach full capacity or expansion. The main objectives of the visited enterprises are the development of new areas and production of additional products.
Under the project, it is planned to prepare 8 investment passports across Issyk-Kul Oblast, and a total of 50 investment passports will be prepared throughout the republic.
The project will result in a package of 50 investment projects (investment passports) on the leading projects of the country, which will help investors to determine the investment potential of the country and choose the appropriate investment project for implementation.
