Bishkek, Jan. 30, 2020 / Kabar /. From March 1, 2020, the electronic notary system will be launched in Kyrgyzstan in production mode, the county’s Minister of Justice Marat Dzhamankulov told reporters at a press conference.
According to his data, there are 79 state notaries in Kyrgyzstan.
And in order to successfully implement the program, in 2019, office equipment was completely replaced, he said.
“In Bishkek, we conducted a pilot project, during which we identified certain failures and errors. The program has been finalized,” he noted.
Jamankulov drew attention to the fact that the automated system will work not only in state notaries, but also in private ones.
“We gave time for testing until March 1. And from March 1, the system will be launched in production mode,” he added.
Electronic notary system was launched on September 2019 in test mode.
The system will exclude the possibility of illegal and erroneous actions by notaries, as well as ensure the transparency of their activities.
Also, this system will reduce the number of crimes in transactions with movable and immovable property, in the implementation of other notarial acts, as well as increase control over the implementation of the law in the field of notaries.
