Emergencies killed over 200 Kyrgyzstanis in six months of 2022

Bishkek, July 18, 2022. /Kabar/. In six months of 2022, more than 200 people died during emergency incidents in Kyrgyzstan, Minister of Emergency Situations Boobek Azhikeyev said during a press conference in Bishkek.

He noted that for 6 months of this year, 206 people died in 47 accidents, where the material damage amounted to KGS 382 thousand 788.

"During the same period in 2021, there were 31 accidents in the country, where 698 people died," the minister said.
