Bishkek, March 24, 2020./Kabar/. 15 sanitary checkpoints and 33 state of emergency posts have been deployed in Bishkek, Bishkek City Commandant and Deputy Interior Minister of Kyrgyzstan Almazbek Orozaliyev said at the briefing.
"The situation is tense, I ask the townspeople to observe all the rules of the emergency regime and curfew," Almazbek Orozaliyev said.
He also noted that citizens without a city residence permit will not be able to enter Bishkek, but they have opportunity to leave.
From March 25 to April 15, due to the epidemic of coronavirus infection a state of emergency will be introduced in Bishkek, Osh and Dzhalal-Abad cities, Nookat, Kara-Suu regions of Osh Oblast, as well as in Suzak region of Dzhalal-Abad Oblast.
In Bishkek the curfew will last from 8:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
The number of citizens infected with coronavirus in Kyrgyzstan has increased to 42 people.
