Bishkek, Oct. 11, 2019. / Kabar /. Employees of the Office of the Ombudsman of Kyrgyzstan have been trained to improve work efficiency, the public relations department of the representative office of the Penal Reform International (PRI) in the Kyrgyz Republic.
The training “Strategic management, evaluation of work based on a SWOT analysis and the efficiency of work of employees of the Ombudsman’s Office” was held at the Ombudsman’s Office of the Kyrgyz Republic on Oct. 9 - 10.
The purpose of the training is to increase the potential of the Institute of the Ombudsman of the Kyrgyz Republic in the development of strategic documents, as well as in monitoring and evaluating its implementation.
The training was conducted by trainer-consultant Zaure Sydykova. She spoke about the role and purpose of strategic documents for the organization, about the main stages of strategy development.
This training is part of the project “Supporting State and Civil Society Initiatives to Prevent Torture and Ill-Treatment in Closed Institutions in Kyrgyzstan”, implemented by the PRI Office in the Kyrgyz Republic with financial support from the British Embassy in Kyrgyzstan.
