Bishkek, Feb. 8, 2023 / Kabar/. Entrepreneurs from Kyrgyzstan are taking part in the 30th international food exhibition Prodexpo-2023, which is being held in Moscow from February 6 to 10, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
About 10 Kyrgyz exporting companies from among the members of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Association of Agricultural Enterprises of the Kyrgyz Republic take part in the exhibition.
The exhibition exposition widely presents high-quality organic dried fruits, nuts, various vegetables, fruits, dried berries, beans and other products from Kyrgyzstan, the report said.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic also reported that head of the Kyrgyzexpocentre of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic Nurbek Sultanov and representative of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic in Moscow Mikhail Tumasov took part in the opening ceremony of the Prodexpo-2023 exhibition.
The Kyrgyz Embassy also initiated the opening of the national stand of the Kyrgyz Republic at the exhibition in order to promote the products of domestic manufacturers.
Prodexpo is the largest international food and beverage exhibition in Russia and Eastern Europe. This year, more than 2 thousand companies from 35 countries became its participants. Prodexpo 2023 presents the best samples of food and beverages from leading manufacturers and suppliers from around the world.
