Bishkek, Nov.13, 2019. /Kabar/. In order to support entrepreneurs and provide reliable information and advice on business, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic plans to establish Entrepreneurs Service Centers in the regions, the press service of the Government reported.
The services of the Center are already being used by entrepreneurs in Osh, Dzhalal-Abad and Batken. Such centers are planned to be opened in all regions of the country in the future.
One of the main objectives of this initiative is to support and strengthen the capacity of entrepreneurs.
Today, the Government of Kyrgyzstan is creating the necessary conditions for business development. Thus, in order to stimulate the inflow of investment in regional projects and businesses, newly established enterprises are exempt from taxes for 5 to 10 years. It is about the payment of property tax, land tax, profit tax and sales tax.
In addition, the subjects of enterprises processing domestic agricultural raw materials (except for the production of excisable group of goods), make payment of value added tax with a reduction of 80 percent.
Also, in order to create the necessary conditions for the export of domestic products, veterinary laboratories have been opened in the regions of the country. Since the beginning of 2019, the Government has allocated KGS 150 million for the purchase of laboratory equipment, diagnostics and biological.
