Bishkek, Mar. 12, 2019. /Kabar/. Entrepreneurs Service Centers will appear in Kyrgyzstan, head of the business regulation department of the Ministry of Economy of the Kyrgyz Republic Akylay Kojomberdiyeva told the Kabar News Agency.
She said that in March of this year, the government approved the opening of Entrepreneurs Service Centers, and the Ministry of Economy began implementation. “First of all, any entrepreneur can turn to these centers, where he/she will be given advice, citizens will also be able to learn about business incubators, start-ups and business trainings. We also plan that the centers will work on a single window system so that in the future businessmen can get licenses and permits there as well,” Kojomberdiyeva said.
She noted that the Ministry of Economy, due to its activities, consults many small and medium-sized businesses, who ask questions about what documents are needed to start a business, where to start, etc. “Entrepreneurs Service Centers will help entrepreneurs, including writing business plans, and assist in obtaining financial support from banks, for young entrepreneurs, this is very important,” Kojomberdiyeva said.
She said that the department plans to open Entrepreneurs Service Centers in Bishkek and Osh. "In the future, we plan to open Entrepreneurs Service Centers in every residential area in the country," she added.
