Bishkek, Jan. 12, 2023 / Kabar/. In Kyrgyzstan, the epidemiological situation for influenza and acute respiratory viral infection (ARVI) is stable.
According to the Department of Disease Prevention and State Sanitary and Epidemiological Supervision, employees carry out weekly monitoring of the incidence of influenza, ARVI and coronavirus infection, and the epidemiological situation in neighboring countries is also observed.
Compared to the previous week, in the 1st week of 2023, the incidence of acute respiratory viral infections and influenza per 100,000 people was 119.3, with a decrease of -2.1 times.
A decrease in air temperature can affect human health, affecting immunity, reducing the body's defenses and making a person susceptible to various respiratory viral infections.
