Bishkek, Feb.19, 2020. /Kabar/. The possibility of establishing a Kyrgyz-Hungarian Direct Investment Fund is being considered, Kyrgyzstan’s Foreign Ministry Chingiz Aidarbekov told reporters in Bishkek.
The minister added the Hungarian side is ready to allocate a soft loan of EUR 50 million to the Kyrgyz Republic through the Hungarian Eximbank.
"We are now working to implement these projects. Also for the purpose of deepening trade and economic relations, we invite the Hungarian side to take part in the first “Eurasian Union-Central Asia: Partnership for Action on Green Economy” Economic Forum, to be held on July 9-10 in Bishkek.
We hope for active participation of the Hungarian side, as well as representatives of the Hungarian business community in this event," Aidarbekov said.
