Bishkek, May 15, 2020 / Kabar/. Public figure, ex-speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh Mukar Cholponbaev was hospitalized to the Republican Clinical Infectious Disease Hospital on May 5 with a diagnosis of COVID-19.
According to the headquarters, in connection with the deteriorating state of health, on May 12 he was transferred to the intensive care unit.
“To date, the patient is on a ventilator, the condition is assessed as serious,” the report said.
70-years old Cholponbaev was a speaker of Legislative Assembly of the Kyrgyz Parliament in 1995-96.
