Exhibition of paintings made of nails and threads opened in Bishkek

Bishkek, Aug. 29, 2021 / Kabar /. A unique exhibition of works by Azamat Dzhanaliev was opened in Bishkek today.

The opening took place in the Aichurek shopping center, on the 3rd floor, Art Place gallery. At the opening, Azamat spoke about the style of his work of String Art, the concept and philosophy, about the planned international exhibitions and projects.

String Art is a painting technique that is performed using brass nails and polyester thread. More than 5630 meters of threads and more than 2000 nails are used to create one picture.

In addition, Azamat invited everyone to a free master class, which will be held on September 11 at 18:30 in the same place where the exhibition is taking place. Azamat will demonstrate how his paintings are created, what technique is used. In addition, everyone present will have a chance to take a direct part in the creation of one of his paintings by hammering a nail into it. It will be a picture created by joint efforts.
