Exhibition "The Universe of Chyngyz Aitmatov through the prism of China" opened in Bishkek

Bishkek, Nov. 2, 2018 / Kabar /. The exhibition "The Universe of Chyngyz Aitmatov through the prism of China" is opened in the National Library in Bishkek.

The event was organized as part of the celebration of the 90th anniversary of Aitmatov by the Confucius Institute of the Kyrgyz National University and the National Library.

The exhibition presents Aitmatov's publications in Chinese, paintings and works of masters of calligraphy in China, which are based on the writer's works.

Also at the exhibition one can see unique works of calligraphy, made in ancient Chinese hieroglyphs. The exhibition will be held with the participation of famous artists of China Lu E and Van Hum Wei.
