Experts on digital development of the Republic of Tatarstan highly appreciated the dynamics of the development of digital state and municipal services in Kyrgyzstan, as well as the system of work of the Public Service Centers (PSC) of the Ministry of Digital Development of the Kyrgyz Republic.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Digital Development, a member of the delegation noted the correctness of the choice of the vector of services, the accurate work of the PSC operators, the security of the system, and also said that they would introduce an innovation seen in our PSCs - employee authorization through fingerprints.
Digital experts from Tatarstan visited the Ministry of Digital Development with a consultation and study visit.
Director of the Multifunctional Center (an analogue of the PSC in Tatarstan) Lenara Muzafarova visited several PSCs in Bishkek and spoke positively about their activities: “It's great that from the initial stage of a citizen's application to the issuance of a document takes place in one place - it is very convenient. The room for mothers and children, the equipment of the waiting rooms, additional urgent services - all this is very pleasing."
Lenara Akmalutdinovna also noted the efficiency of decisions and innovations: “You move very quickly. If we think about solutions for a year or two, you already try it, test it and try to implement it. For example, the electronic document management system began to work in our country in 2004, and yours was recently created, but despite this we were surprised how well, quickly and in the right direction you are implementing in your country. "
During the visit, a memorandum of cooperation was signed and the parties identified a number of areas of mutual cooperation, such as exchange of experience, professional development of personnel, joint research and activities.
“We will have mutually beneficial cooperation. We also have a lot to learn from you. For example, in the field of data protection for PSC employees, we will also implement fingerprint authentication,” Lenara Akmalutdinovna said.
