Bishkek, Aug. 10, 2018. / Kabar /. An explosion occurred in the center of Bishkek. Presumably it was an attempt on a Russian businessman, sources in the law enforcement agencies told Kabar Agency.
"It was a homemade explosive device designed for a short range of action. A suspicious version – it was an attempt on our citizen," the source said.
