EXPO-2024 exhibition kicks off in Bishkek

Bishkek, Oct. 25, 2024. /Kabar/. The international exhibition-fair EXPO-2024 opened in Bishkek today and will last until October 27.

Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic Avaz Kerimbaev told that more than 110 companies from Russia, Uzbekistan, Pakistan, South Korea, China and Kyrgyzstan are participating in the exhibition.

“Of course, the main part of our local companies and here we show their export potential so that they can enter foreign markets. The purpose of the exhibition is to unite our companies with foreign ones. Over the course of two days, B2B meetings will be held with a large delegation from China, Russia and Turkey. Moreover, from Turkey, together with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, we have attracted more than 20 companies that are interested in opening factories and plants in Kyrgyzstan,” he added.
