Bishkek, Oct.29, 2019. /Kabar/. This year, export of domestic agricultural products has increased, Director of the State Inspection on Veterinary and Phytosanitary Security of the Kyrgyz Republic Kalysbek Zhumakanov said during the press conference at Kabar News Agency.
According to his data, at the end of the first 9 months of the current year, the export of domestic agricultural products has increased in 4 positions: export of milk, meat, fish and honey. Compared to the same period in 2018, exports of milk increased by 5,200 tons, fish, meat - by 1 thousand tons, honey - by 38 tons.
“We believe this is the result of the veterinary service. Each certificate is issued electronically, not a single product has been returned,” Zhumakanov said.
He also noted that no transboundary diseases have been registered.
"We have two laboratories that have national status and meet international standards," he added.
