Bishkek, Feb. 12, 2024. /Kabar/. The volume of Kyrgyzstan’s foreign and mutual trade in goods in January-December 2023 amounted to USD 16 billion and increased by 29.9% compared to January-December 2022, First Deputy Chairwoman of the National Statistics Committee Nazira Kerimalieva said at a briefing in Bishkek.
According to her data, export supplies increased by 46.8%, and import receipts by 26%.
She noted that the volume of mutual trade with the EAEU member states amounted to USD 4.4 billion and decreased by 8.7% compared to January-December 2022.
Also, according to her, the volume of foreign trade with third countries (outside the EAEU) in January-December 2023 amounted to USD 11.3 billion and increased by 1.5 times compared to January-December 2022.
