Facts: Tajikistan was first to attack

Tajikistan's aggression has been continuing in Batken Oblast of Kyrgyzstan during three days. Although the Tajik side often accuses Kyrgyzstan of attacking, the facts prove the opposite. PolitKlinika independent media has determined by using verification methods that the aggression was initiated by Tajikistan.

How did it start?

On September 14, an armed conflict has begun in the Bulak-Bashy border area. According to the information of the Border Service of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan, the border troops of Tajikistan occupied the positions in the unspecified section of the border in violation of the previously reached agreements between the parties.

The report said that the Tajik side opened fire, ignoring the legal demands of the Kyrgyz side to leave the area.

The Border Service also said that two border guards were injured in the shooting on the Kyrgyz-Tajik border.

Thus, on September 14-15, there were passive shootings.

The Border Service of Kyrgyzstan declared that the situation at the border has worsened on September 16 at 07:00 local time.

It said that Tajikistan opened fire on the Eki-Tash, Chyr-Dobo, Kum-Mazar and Orto-Boz regions of Kyrgyzstan. And at 06:30, the mortar fire has started.

After that, between 07:30 and 09:00, the Border Service reported that Tajikistan started shelling the Kulun, Maksat and Zhanya-Zher villages of Kyrgyzstan.

In the meantime, the Tajik side have distributed fake information on the social networks accusing Kyrgyzstan of attacking.

For example, armed Tajik citizens can be seen in these photos. The Border Service said in its reports that there are also people in black clothes and beards. Judging by the fact that Tajik ordinary citizens had been armed, they had already prepared.

And in these photos, Tajik soldiers gathered ordinary citizens in a stadium in the village of Buston. Later, videos were spread of people without uniforms invading Kyrgyz villages and waving their flag.

A video of Tajikistan's flag being hung on a building and the Tajik side occupying a Kyrgyz school was circulated on social networks. After checking the video, we found that the mentioned building is the secondary school named after Khodzhaev in Ak-Sai village of Batken.

The Tajik side did not stop with the attack, they burned Kyrgyz houses and looted them.

In these videos, it was determined that the burning houses was built for the residents of Maksat village who were affected in the April 2021 border incident.

With the help of the American NASA, it is possible to find out in which villages the fire broke out and when.

The satellite images show that the fire started in Ak-Sai and Arka Kyrgyz villages on September 16 at 12:27. This coincides with the time when the videos went viral.

On September 17, at 02:30 the Border Service of Kyrgyzstan reported that the Tajik side had been burning their own houses.

Later, Tajik Telegram channels distorted the information and spread fake information that "Kyrgyzs are burning their houses." It was not possible to define which village it was in the video, but around these hours, fires started in several villages of Tajikistan.

Let's focus again on the NASA satellite images. A fire was noticed in the Surkh Chorkishlok and Chorbog villages of Tajikistan at about 2:17 today. The State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan distributed the information at 02:30. Therefore, the information of the State Committee is being confirmed once again.
