Bishkek, July 8, 2021. / Kabar /. The FETO organization did not carry out illegal activities in Kyrgyzstan, chairman of the State Committee for National Security Kamchybek Tashiev told at a press conference.
He said that this organization was tentatively called FETO.
“We have not noticed any illegal actions on the territory of Kyrgyzstan by this organization. But have received information from our colleagues from other countries, about their number, leadership, right down to their names,” he said.
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said on July 5 live on the TV channel that during a special operation carried out by the special services, the head of FETO for Central Asia, Orhan Inandi, was captured and taken to Turkey.
Inandi disappeared in Bishkek on the night of June 1.
The Bishkek police department reported that Orkhan Inandi has dual citizenship – Turkish and Kyrgyz.
