Bishkek, May 13, 2020. /Kabar/. Seven fires occurred in Kyrgyzstan in the past day, the press service of the Kyrgyz Emergency Ministry reported.
1,000 square metres of reeds and dry grass were burned in Cholpon-Ata town of Issyk-Kul Oblast. The cause of the fire is being investigated.
Also in the same town, 5,000 square metres of reeds and dry grass were burned on the lake shore. The cause of the fire is determined.
In the village of Moldo-Asan (Talas Oblast), on the 194th km of Talas-Taraz highway, Audi-100 car was completely burnt, fire was caused by short circuit of electric wires.
Another fire occured in Karakol town of Issyk-Kul Oblast- two cars in faulty condition burned down. The cause of the fire is unknown.
