Bishkek, June 10, 2021 . / Kabar / . The first batch of Uzbek buses to serve the citizens has already arrived in Bishkek, Acting Mayor of the Kyrgyz capital Baktybek Kudaibergenov told Kabar News Agency.
According to him, a total of 50 buses are expected to arrive.
"Now we have already received 21 buses of ISUZU brand of Uzbek production. The remaining 29 will arrive within a week. These buses were brought by businessmen from the capital. I would like to note that this project was carried out jointly with the Ministry of Investment of the Kyrgyz Republic," the acting mayor said.
Kudaibergenov shared that these buses are very comfortable and modern.
"We plan to run them on the lines that serve the center of the capital. And thereby relieve the central streets of the city," he concluded.
