First flight from Bishkek to Minsk carried out

Bishkek, Aug. 4, 2021 . / Kabar / . The first regular flight from Bishkek of AviaTraffic Company arrived on Tuesday at Minsk National Airport, the press service of the Kyrgyz Embassy in Belarus said.

The first flight from Bishkek to Minsk was carried out by Airbus A320.

On the occasion of opening direct flights between Kyrgyzstan and Belarus, Director General of Minsk National Airport Vyacheslav Khoroneko noted that the establishment of cooperation with a new partner is always an important event for the Minsk Airport.

"Cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Belarus in recent years has been actively developing in the political, economic and humanitarian spheres. Therefore, we are convinced that the establishment of direct regular flights between our countries will not only attract tourist and business passenger traffic, but in general will have a positive impact on cooperation between our countries in many industries," he said.

Flights from Manas International Airport (Bishkek) to Minsk National Airport will be operated on Tuesdays by Airbus A320 aircraft.
