First plane from Novosibirsk lands at Issyk-Kul International Airport

Bishkek, Dec. 8, 2020. /Kabar/. The first charter flight on Novosibirsk-Tamchi-Novosibirsk route landed on Tuesday at Issyk-Kul International Airport, the press service of Manas International Airport (MIA) JSC reported.

The charter flight will be carried out on a weekly basis - on Tuesdays.

This flight to Novosibirsk departed 169 passengers, including 7 children.

To open this flight, MIA conducted joint work with Kyrgyzstan’s Ministry of Transport and Roads, the Civil Aviation Agency under the ministry, and the Ministry of Culture, Information and Tourism in order to develop winter tourism in Kyrgyzstan.

Due to lifting restrictions for foreign nationals to enter Kyrgyzstan, these measures will contribute to the early recovery of tourism activity.
