First tourism festival held in Bishkek

Bishkek, May 31, 2022. / Kabar /. The 1st Bishkek Tourism Festival was held on Monday, the press service of the Bishkek Mayor’s Office reported.

The participants were 140 exhibitors and 5,000 guests from among the residents and guests of the capital.

The event was organized by the Kyrgyz Association of Tour Operators and SunHouse Team with the support of the Bishkek Mayor’s Office.

The festival was divided into several components. The main participants were representatives of travel companies, artisans, educational institutions, ethnic villages and show programs.

In addition to the capital's tour operators, teams from Osh, Alai, Karakol, Naryn and other regions of Kyrgyzstan took part in the festival.

The next tourism festival is scheduled for the end of September 2022.
