Bishkek, Jan.31, 2020 /Kabar/. On Jan.29, 2020 Berlin hosted the meeting of Kyrgyzstan’s Foreign Minister Chingiz Aidarbekov with compatriots residing in German capital.
The meeting took place as part of Aidarbekov’s working visit to Germany, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan reported Friday.
The foreign minister shared his views on the state and prospects of Kyrgyz-German cooperation both in bilateral and multilateral formats.
He informed citizens about "Passport", "Citizen", "Civil Registry Office", "Consular Registration" automated information systems, introduced in the Kyrgyz Foreign Ministry.
Aidarbekov noted the ministry is actively working within the framework of the Tunduk system of electronic interaction of state bodies, due to which all state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic have common access to information exchange, which allows providing services to citizens in electronic format.
Chingiz Aidarbekov noted if there are any questions in the consular and legal sphere, citizens can always apply to foreign institutions of the Kyrgyz Republic for necessary consultations, emphasizing the protection of rights and interests of citizens is a priority task of the Kyrgyz Foreign Ministry.
“The meeting continued in the format of dialogue, during which the compatriots had the opportunity to ask the minister questions that interest them,” the report says.
