Bishkek, Dec. 16, 2024 . / Kabar / . Foreign Minister of Kyrgyzstan Jeenbek Kulubaev received on Monday French Ambassador to Kyrgyzstan Nicolas Faye, the press service of the Foreign Ministry reported.
During the meeting, the minister emphasized the importance of further expansion of political dialogue between Kyrgyzstan and France at the highest level, expansion of bilateral cooperation in trade, economic and investment spheres, including the implementation of projects in the field of tourism, renewable energy and hydropower.
Attention was also paid to the issues of interaction between the two countries in the cultural and humanitarian direction.
In turn, Ambassador Faye assured that he would make all necessary efforts to develop political relations between Kyrgyzstan and France, spoke about his plans to increase trade turnover, attract investment to Kyrgyzstan and expand cultural exchange.
In the course of the meeting, the parties also exchanged views on topical issues of the global agenda and cooperation within the international organizations.
