FM of Kyrgyzstan meets with CSTO secretary general

Bishkek, Sept. 6, 2023 / Kabar /. Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan Jeenbek Kulubaev met with Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization Imangali Tasmagambetov.

The sides exchanged views on further strengthening cooperation within the Organization, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.

During the meeting, Tasmagambetov informed about the preparations for the session of the Collective Security Council and the joint meeting of the Ministerial Councils of Foreign Ministers, Defense Ministers and CSTO, scheduled to be held in the fourth quarter of 2023 in Minsk.

In turn, the head of the Foreign Ministry expressed interest in effective and mutually beneficial cooperation of Kyrgyzstan within the framework of the CSTO.
