Bishkek, March 2, 2024. /Kabar/. On the sidelines of the Third Antalya Diplomacy Forum, a meeting was held between Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan Jeenbek Kulubaev and head of the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs of the Swiss Confederation Ignazio Cassis.
During the conversation, the heads of delegations reviewed current bilateral Kyrgyz-Swiss cooperation, including in the field of economics and investment.
Particular attention was paid to such issues as regional cooperation in Central Asia, the situation in Afghanistan, melting glaciers and climate change.
At the end of the negotiations, the parties agreed to continue working to intensify contacts, both in bilateral and multilateral formats, including within the UN.
