Bishkek, Apr. 29, 2020. /Kabar/. Phone conversation of Kyrgyzstan’s Foreign Minister Chingiz Aidarbekov and Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of Luxemburg Jean Asselborn took place on Apr. 29, 2020.
According to the Kyrgyz Foreign Ministry’s press service, the two foreign ministers focused on the measures taken in both countries to combat the COVID-19 virus.
Minister Aidarbekov positively noted the contribution of the Government of Luxembourg to the World Health Organization for global response to COVID-19.
The implementation of the results of the official visit of the Kyrgyz FM to the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg on Feb. 13, 2020 was discussed.
The sides also considered the issues of cooperation in a multilateral format through the UN, OSCE and international financial organizations.
