Bishkek, Jan. 14, 2019. /Kabar/. Kyrgyz Foreign Minister Chingiz Aidarbekov had a meeting with head of the Tajik Foreign Ministry Sirojiddin Muhriddin on the margins of the first meeting of the India-Central Asia Dialogue with the participation of Afghanistan in the city of Samarkand.
The press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic reported that the heads of the foreign affairs ministries of the two countries noted with satisfaction the ongoing development of the Kyrgyz-Tajik relations, and discussed current topical issues of the interaction.
Following the meeting, the sides stressed the need for joint efforts to strengthen cross-border cooperation and promote regional projects between Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.
